1.Refund Policy:-

We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.

The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

– The specific product/model is out of Stock.

– The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.

– On customers request.

– The shipping address is not serviceable.

– Any other reason beyond the control of merchants or Artyoutlet.

The orders may be cancelled post shipment and delivery due to any of the following reasons:

  •   – Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not   available.
  •   – Products damaged during transit and delivery not accepted.

Caution: Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

2.Cancellation Policy:- 

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped by us.Cancellation is not possible for the orders obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali etc .Cancellation is not possible for made to orders like family portraits, special paints of your choice.


These are limited period offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.cancellation is only at the sole discretion of Artyoutlet team.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our customer service team.

The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same.This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the product.

Full payment  after necessary deductions for transport and packaging will be credited back to your bank account within 7 working days.
Artyoutlet  reserves all rights to cancel any order for any reason. Orders may be cancelled for the following reasons:

  • ii. Errors In The Details Provided(Us Or Customer)
  • iii. Problems Identified By Credit And Fraud Avoidance Department.
  • iv.Unable to do the painting for any reason whatsoever for which no explanations will be assigned.

In the unfortunate case of an order being cancelled by us, we will keep you posted on the same and 100% of your payment will be credited back to your bank account.

5.SHIPPING POLICY

Artyoutlet (http://artyoutlet.com/) ships its products to almost all parts of India. Artyoutlet has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website. Confirmed Orders placed will be shipped within 3 – 4 weeks or specified in our order confirmation mail.

Our products will be shipped on all days except Sunday, National Holidays and State Govt. Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time will be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping. However items weighing over 3 Kg or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach.

For other areas, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks to get delivered depending on the location.
We will mail you the courier details to your email address.
In case you do not receive a mail from us within 48 hours of placing an order please check your junk folder.

Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
